Continuity is the thing this practice has that a newer or corporate clinic cannot offer. Dr. Poznikoff has practised at Heritage since 1988, and many of the team have been here for years.

It matters more than it sounds. If something needs looking at in five years, the person who did it is still in the building and remembers the tooth.

Asking for a particular dentist

Tell the front desk when you book and it goes on your file, so you are not asked again. If your dentist is away and something is urgent, any of the others can see you and your records are the same records.

Families often see the same dentist across three generations here, and children are usually seen by whoever their parents see rather than being sent elsewhere.

All four are general and family dentists

There is no orthodontist and no specialist on staff. Everything on this site is provided by the four dentists above, and where something is genuinely beyond general practice, such as treatment for advanced gum disease, we refer you to another office.
