At Heritage since 1988Dr. Poznikoff has practised at Heritage since 1988, and he still practises here. Some of the patients he started with now bring their grandchildren.

Insurance and CDCP
Honest billing, without the surprise.
The question most people want answered before they book. Here it is, before you ask.
Direct billingWe bill your insurer directly wherever your plan allows it, so in most cases there is nothing for you to claim back yourself.
Only what you needWe do not add procedures to make up a number. If something can safely be watched rather than treated, we will say so and you will not be billed for it.
CDCP registeredHeritage Dental Centre is a registered provider for the Canadian Dental Care Plan, so if you are covered by it you can be seen here.

Can I book an appointment online?
You can send an appointment request online and the front desk will call you back to confirm a time. The fastest way to book is to call the office directly on 780-434-8749.
Are you taking new patients?
Yes, the clinic is accepting new patients. There is no sign-up offer or introductory rate, just an appointment. Call 780-434-8749 or send the form above and the front desk will ring you back.
Do you bill my insurance directly, and do you take the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
Both. We bill your insurer directly wherever your plan allows it, so in most cases there is nothing for you to claim back yourself. Heritage Dental Centre is a registered CDCP provider. We can go over quotes with you before any work is done, and we will make every attempt to work with your insurer so your plan covers as much as it can. What a plan finally pays is the insurer's decision, not ours.
When are you open, and are you open on Saturdays?
Yes, the clinic is open Saturday mornings. We open at 8am six days a week: until 9pm on Monday, until 8pm Tuesday to Thursday, and until 1pm on Friday and Saturday. Closed Sunday.
Do you see children?
Yes, and families book together. Children are seen by the same dentists who see their parents, which is usually easier for a child than meeting someone new.
I am anxious about going to the dentist. What happens?
Tell us when you book. We agree a signal to stop before we start, we put numbing gel on before any needle, and your first visit is an exam with no treatment. We do not offer sedation. More for nervous patients.
Can you see me the same day for an emergency?
Every effort is made to see emergencies the same day. Please call ahead.

The clinic is at 2118 109 St NW, in Heritage Square, right next to the IDA Pharmacy. There is free parking on site.
